Our Production Process
From Material to Masterpiece
Every Zalvaro piece is created through a considered process shaped by experience, precision and respect for the material.
01 — Material Selection
We begin by selecting materials for their texture, character, softness and durability. Each hide is individually reviewed, as natural leather carries its own grain, tonal variations and distinctive markings.
02 — Design and Pattern
Our designs balance timeless outerwear traditions with a modern silhouette. Patterns are carefully developed to achieve the intended proportions, movement and fit.
03 — Hand Cutting
Each panel is positioned and cut with close attention to the natural characteristics of the leather. This stage requires experience, as no two hides behave in exactly the same way.
04 — Construction
The individual panels are assembled by experienced craftspeople. Stitching, lining, pockets, collars, zippers and hardware are applied with precision to create a garment that is both refined and durable.
05 — Finishing
The jacket is shaped, pressed and finished by hand. Surface details and edges are reviewed to preserve the natural appearance of the material.
06 — Quality Control
Before it reaches its owner, every piece is inspected for leather consistency, stitching, measurements, hardware, lining and overall finish.
The result is a Zalvaro garment made with intention — one that develops character over time and becomes increasingly personal with every wear.
