A Considered and Straightforward Return Process

We want every Zalvaro piece to feel right from the moment it is worn.

Zalvaro accepts eligible returns requested within 14 days of delivery, except where applicable consumer protection law provides a longer mandatory withdrawal or return period. Statutory consumer rights always prevail.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unworn and unused.
• All original tags must remain attached.
• The product must be returned with its protective packaging.
• The item must show no signs of perfume, smoke, damage or alteration.
• A return request must be approved before shipment.

Personalised, altered and made-to-order products cannot normally be returned unless they arrive faulty or differ from the confirmed order.

Contact support@zalvaro.net with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide the applicable return instructions.

Approved refunds cover the product price. Original shipping charges, customs duties and return shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the item received is faulty or incorrect.
