Returns & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return authorization and return instructions. Please do not send an item back before receiving return authorization.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unused and free from damage, alterations, stains, odours or signs of wear. Original tags and packaging must be included, together with the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Contact support@zalvaro.net within the 14-day period and include your order number. We will send the return authorization and instructions.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect so that we can resolve the issue. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exceptions

Personalised or custom-made items and gift cards cannot be returned where the applicable law permits this exclusion. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether an item is personalised or custom-made.

Refunds

We will notify you after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time. Outbound delivery is complimentary, so no standard outbound delivery charge is deducted from the refund. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. A deduction may apply only for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item, where permitted by law.

For a different size or style, contact us so that we can arrange the most suitable solution. Availability cannot be guaranteed until the replacement is confirmed.
